Reverse Shoulder Prosthesis (RSP)

The Reverse Shoulder Prosthesis is a forward-thinking reverse from DJO and the first reverse shoulder design to successfully incorporate a center of rotation (COR) lateral to the glenoid. The RSP monoblock is a one piece stem/shell design with suture holes and fins to address proximal fractures. This stem captures the advantages of the traditional RSP and has the benefit of expanded indications.

Characteristics:
  • HA-coated baseplate with enhanced fixation by 6,5mm lag screw
  • Traditional and +4mm socket inserts in 32, 36, 40 and 44mm in standard and semi-constrained providing various options of height, diameter, and constraint
  • 8mm spacer
  • RSP Monoblock Hemi-Adapter for hemi conversion
  • Seven Glenospheres with a distinct center of rotation in each size for management of complex anatomies
  • Stem diaphyseal diameters in 6, 7, 8, 10 and 12mm for anatomic variability

Turon Modular Shoulder System

The Turon is the first total shoulder system to incorporate the IMIN™ neck technology; a patented clocking feature which provides the ability to dial in the correct neck position to restore individual patient anatomy with increased precision compared to a fixed neck only design, thus providing optimum joint stability and range of motion, without compromising implant fixation.
Picture
Characteristics:
  • Adaptability allowing for anatomical and patient-specific variability
  • Five pegged and five keeled glenoids
  • Neutral 135° neck-shaft angle, 127,5°-142,5° options
  • Neutral and offset head sizes at 38, 42, 46, 50 and 54mm
  • Reduced proximal lateral design of the humeral stem to avoid tuberosity interference
  • Locking and rotationally stable fixation by tapered proximal body, anterior and posterior fins and a proximal plasma spray
  • Reduced stem geometry at the lateral border and reduced stem length (110-115mm) for bone conservation
