From this evaluation, OrthoGrow will deliver a report with findings and recommendations, including a short-term action plan and a mid-term to long-term roadmap-to-excellence, in sync with your company’s overall strategy.
Based on the OrthoGrow Discovery, we will explore together with you the value of continuation projects. These can range from advising or setting a strategy, developing a business plan or roadmap, to guiding or supervising actual implementation of such plans.
Any operational implementation can extend into our (Master) Distribution activities. This enables us to assist you on strategy, over tactics and operations, covering all aspects of sales and the successful go-to-market or market growth of your product portfolio.

OrthoGrow holds a Certificate of Approval to the ISO13485:2016 standard within the scope of sale and distribution of medical devices including implants to physicians, hospitals and distributors and taking up the role of Authorised Representative, importer and/or distributor. Hereby, OrthoGrow Distribution emphasizes its unique capability of acting as a true strategic distribution partner, as well as a product and service provider - assuring sales, support and administrative requirements are taken care of to the highest standards in the industry - towards both our suppliers and our customers.

Founders & Management team
OrthoGrow was founded in 2016, by Jeroen Dille, David Van der Auwera and Tim Clijmans. All three have held executive management positions in medical device companies and have built businesses from scratch into multi-million-euro enterprises. They have successfully introduced disruptive and innovative implant and instrument solutions in the orthopedic market, and have experience with complex direct and indirect sales to hospitals and medical device companies. They all take part in the Board of Directors, which is advised by Lance Perry, a former Vice-President at Biomet with over 25 years of industry experience, and completed by Johnny Kegels, Belgian Business Angel and former founder and Managing Director of PR Force.
